Blanchard and Surface Grinding Capabilities
Rotary surface grinding quickly removes material from one side of a large part. Perfect for mold plates, fixtures, and aerospace parts, W/S Machine’s Blanchard Grinders can accommodate parts requiring up to 60” of corner-to-corner swing. These machines are capable of producing a flat and parallel surface within .0005/ft and square within .0007/ft.
Surface grinding is the most common of all grinding operations, and can easily be accommodated on any of our five surface grinders. Our Medina End Grinder is capable of producing a flat surface within .0003/ft, and a parallel surface within .002/ft.
